| The theme of this Menuki is a Phoenix with Peony Crests on a tree. Folklore says that a phoenix is a sacred bird and that they rest on the peonies. It is Mumei but has been attributed to the Kaga-goto Tradition. It passed the Tokubetsu Hozon Tosogu in 2022. |
