Unless otherwise specified, we guarantee the authenticity of the blades purchased from our website.
Should a mistake regarding authenticity occur, we will buy the blade back at the same price it was originally purchased.
In principle, we keep our prices as low as possible, meaning we usually don't have a margin for discounts. We therefore ask you to cover any additional fees like customs and bank-transfer fees.
At the moment, we are only able to accept payment in Japanese yen.
We ship items after full payment has been received.
Please note that to be as fair as possible we have a 'first come, first served' policy.
It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the laws of your country regarding taxation, import, and possession of any item you purchase from us.
We cannot accept any responsibility for failure to comply with laws outside Japan. Please keep yourself informed of any applicable legislation in your country.
We understand and respect the need for privacy and will not share any of your personal information with any third party.
Return Policy for orders received from outside of Japan:
Our basic policy for overseas orders is no-refunds, no-returns. Please contact us with any questions you may have before ordering an item for shipment outside of Japan.
For items sold in Japan:
A) Return Policy:
Items sold domestically may be returned within 7 days, in the same condition they were originally bought, for a full refund, should the buyer not be satisfied.
However any transportation costs will be covered by the buyer.
B) Trade-In Policy:
For domestic buyers who have purchased swords through our site, we offer a trade-in rate of 70% of the original price, providing the sword's condition hasn't been changed or altered in any way.
