| This craftsman, Ichinomiya Kenryushi Nagayoshi, was a disciple of Ichinomiya Nagatsune, a famous craftsman. Nagayoshi was adopted into the family of Nagatsune. Nagayoshi was born in Kyoto and later in life, he moved to Osaka. This brass Fuchikashira beautifully depicts the landscapes in a realistic manner with highlights in gold, Shakudo, and copper inlay. It passed the Hozon Tosugu Shinsa in 2020. |
