He left behind inscriptions from the Kaei period to the Meiji period[1854-1868], including "Made by Miyazaki Echizennokami Naomasa[宮崎越前守直正作之]", "Miyazaki Keishinsai Naomasa[宮崎慶心斎直正]", "Made by a retainer of Nakamura clan, Keishinsai Naomasa[中村臣慶心斎直正作之]". He passed away in 1879 (Meiji 12). This blade has a beautiful and graceful shape with a 2 shaku 3 sun 4 bu koshi-sori style, and the jigane has koitame grain with jinie.
