| Owari kinko/metalwork is an intricate and beautiful piece with many designs of flowers, birds, and insects carved in gold inlay with a base of shakudo nanako suraface. The style is similar to Mino-bori carving, and it is also known as Mino Goto. This fuchi-kashira shows a chrysanthemum and vines in resemble Mino-bori carving only on the shakudo nanako surface. This fuchi-kashira gives an impression of elegant. It has passed the Hozon Tosogu shinsa in February 2025. |
