Being Evaluated |
| The sangi/arithmetic block, myoga/Japanese ginger, kari/geese, and kine/hand pestle are connected between the rim and seppadai of the openwork tsuba, and the two snow ring-shaped hitsu-ana holes are connected with round rings. The mimi rim shows the layered straight grain and some tekkotsu. This is probably a delicate yet powerful tsuba dating back to the early Edo period. |
