| There is an inscription on the box by Kanzan Sensei (March 1972). The front reads "Akasaka Chidori-sukashi Tsunagi Tsuba" and the back reads "Marugata Tetsuji Ji-sukashi Unsigned Akasaka One of the Masterpieces, March the 47th Year of Showa, the Year of Rat, by Kanzan (with Kao)". A smaller and heavier than usual tsuba. |
