A solid gold menuki with a dragon design made with three-dimensionally carved scales and the kukuridashi technique. The workmanship is solid and excellent. It is thought to have been made by Waki-goto in the mid-Edo period, although it has been attributed to the Kyo-kinko. It has passed the Hozon Tosogu shinsa in 2024. |
