| The length of this blade is 2.51 Shaku, 76.2 cm, a long blade. A clean, beautifully shaped blade. Judging from the Mei, this Kanekage was active around the Tensho Era, Late Muromachi Period. The Jigane is Dence Itame with Shirake-utsuri. The Hamon is Suguha with a lot of Koashi. A sound blade in a good condition. It passed the Hozon Token shinsa in 2006. |
